Corned Beef Pie

Corned Beef Pie

Corned Beef Pie is an easy to make pie with minimal ingredients that are available in our Pantry. We make use of tinned corned beef for this recipe. The Corned Beef Pie is basic but filling and a one pot meal. It is similar to a Goan Mince Pie but easier to make. (For other pie recipes, click here)

Notes:

  • It is important to work with the potatoes when they are hot as they are more pliable.
  • Always use aged / old potatoes to make the mash and check to see that the skin does not have the slightest of green colour.
