Crumb Fried Chicken Steaks are great for an evening meal. The breast portion of boneless chicken is used for this preparation and hence it is also a good preparation for weight watchers. Lightly seasoned with Italian herbs and pan fried – it uses less oil. Serve with some vegetables or mashed potatoes and make it a complete meal. You can also stuff it into pao with lettuce, a slice of tomato, some ketchup or some mustard sauce.
