Chicken Strips for Stir Fry

This is are instruction for preparing chicken strips which can be used in various stir frys.

Ingredients:

  • Boneless Chicken Breast

Step 1:     Wash and pat dry the chicken breasts and remove any fat or tendons (white streaks)

Step 2:     Slice the breast horizontally to get thin slices.

Step 3:     Cut narrow slices vertically to get thin strips of the chicken.
