Preparing the black pomfret masala fried fish will take up very little time of yours. Only ensure that the fish is fresh so that you enjoy this mildly spicy preparation.

Cooking Time: 8 to 10 Mins.
Ingredients:
- Black Pomfret [Halva] (Slices) – 3 large
- Chilly Powder – 1 ½ tsp.
- Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp.
- Chicken Masala Powder – ½ tsp.
- Corn flour – 1tbsp.
- Lime Juice – 2 tbsp.
- Oil – 2 tbsp.
- Salt – 1 tsp.
Step 1: Mix all the ingredients except the oil and marinate the fish in it for 30 to 40 minutes.
Step 2: Heat the oil in a frying pan. Shallow fry the fish on medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side till browned nicely.
Serve hot as a side dish or as a starter.
